Hey man, that's cute and all, but places like Somalia are part of the reason we're anarchists. We need to directly confront brutal athority like that. If you sent a bunch of 'real' anarchists, not the people who shop at Hot Topic and pretend to hate life to Somalia, you'd have yourself a solution.
Also, you're right about there being more to life than reality, but part of the reason we dream (and thus bitch about how things can be better), is because we hope to exert those dreams and make them a reality. Anarchism is a happy thing, not nihilism.
I completely agree with you here, Coemgen. I get really pissed off when all I hear is people complaining. Unless, of course, they're complaining about the situation with the Mattaponi... I think that's important... but now I'm afraid that post is what triggered this one... oh well.
In my opinion, bitching about the situations of others... more accurately, 'expressing sympathy'... is all well and good. When people bitch about how much their life sucks, how nobody understands them... that's just selfish and annoying.
